Estate wines

The winegrowing history of the estate dates back to the 12th century with the arrival of monks. Benedictine monks planted vines around the priory. Today, we continue to work using traditional methods, with absolute respect for the terroir. The white and red wines are harvested by hand, and our winemaker takes particular care at each stage of the vinification process to extract the very best from our grape varieties. The estate's wines have held the Organic Farming label since 2024.

Grenache Noir, Carignan, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsaut, Clairette, Grenache Blanc Viognier and Roussane.
