Château Saint-Pierre de Mejans
Cuvée Vieilles Vignes - AOC Luberon 2019
On these highly filtered soils with low yields, the principle of extracting more finely in the vineyard than in the cellar is fully borne out. This red wine, made from our finest plots, delivers strength and power, all wrapped up in softness.
A fine balance between the sun of Provence and the spices of Syrah.
Wine and food pairings: game, charcuterie and chocolate!
The quest for elegance is to some extent the signature of the estate, a former priory dating back to the 12th century.

"Beautifully balanced with silky tannins".
