A blend of Rolle, Grenache blanc and Viognier which has been aged in oak barrels gives this white wine a full-body richness which is gourmet and complex. Notes of vanilla, white flowers and pear give it a noble finish which is a perfect pair with fish dishes, cheese plates and truffle pastas. A small production every year makes it a select wine choice.
